Yes. We do provide refunds on non-weapon items provided that the goods are returned in their original packaging with all extras that were included. Weapons such as guns, knives, ammunition and tasers are NON-REFUNDABLE. A receipt is required to process all refunds
Products are exchangeable provided customers include their receipt alongside the product in almost new condition with all packaging and extras. Exhange’s will not occur if these are not met.
